Information you provide
When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, organisation, role and project context. We use that information to provide the material you requested, respond to the enquiry and manage any requested conversation.
Website operation
Our hosting provider processes network and request information to deliver and protect the service. Fonts, diagrams and downloadable material are served with the site.
Visitor analytics and consent
If you choose “Allow analytics”, the site loads Instantly’s Website Visitor ID tag. Instantly and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to process usage data such as pages visited, time on page, links clicked, referral source and visit history; device data such as IP address, browser and operating system; and, when available, business profile information such as work email, job title, LinkedIn profile, company and location. We use this information to understand business interest, measure campaigns and guide relevant outreach. Forms and scheduling
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider. If you choose a scheduling link, you leave this site and the scheduling provider processes the information you submit under its privacy notice. You may instead email hello@substrada.com.
Use and retention
We use submitted information to deliver requested publications, qualify and respond to enquiries, maintain an appropriate business record and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell it or provide it to third parties for their own advertising.
Your requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to visitor analytics and outreach. Contact hello@substrada.com. You can also change your analytics choice by clearing this site’s stored data. Applicable rights, including POPIA, GDPR or US state privacy rights where relevant, remain available.
Client information
This notice covers the website. Data processed during an engagement is governed by the signed agreement, security schedule and data-processing terms for that engagement.
